Cue\u2019s statement during testimony regarding Apple and Google\u2019s $20 billion annual deal, which makes Google\u2019s search engine as a default search engine on Safari.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Apple Eyes Move to AI Search, Ending Era Defined by Google\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/AqGEjTitUHQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>He also noted that search results on Safari dropped at the beginning of last month. The decline is attributable to the increasing utilization of AI.<\/p>\n<p>Cue added that he thinks AI search engines will eventually be able to replace traditional search engines, such as Google and Yahoo, which is the reason Apple is currently looking for ways to integrate these search services into its web browser.
