"As Is, Where Is" Policy:
All items, referred to as "lots," are sold as is, where is without guarantees or warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied. This includes any condition statements made during the auction or posted on this site.
You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence for any lot you intend to bid on.
We strongly encourage you to make necessary inquiries before bidding.
Errors and Disputes:
The Wise Market is not liable for typographical errors. Please contact us with any questions before bidding.
We are not responsible for damage, theft, or loss of items after the sale. However, you may report such incidents for further investigation.
Final Sales and Payments:
All sales are final and binding. Winning bidders who fail to pay after receiving an invoice may forfeit deposits, face legal action, and lose future bidding privileges.
Items not picked up or shipped within 48 hours of invoicing may incur storage fees.
Auctioneer Rights:
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any item before bidding begins.
The auctioneer reserves the right to Extend/Shorten any item Time.
The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw the item if necessary.
Each product in the auction has a reserve price. If the winning bid does not meet the reserve price, the auctioneer reserves the right to reject the highest bid and relist the product for re-auction.
Fees and Taxes:
Shipping, and handling fees As Rs.200 will be added to the final hammer price.
Bid Increments:
Bid increments are determined by the auctioneer and displayed during the auction.
Tied Bids:
In the case of tied bids, the bid placed first in the system will take precedence.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit/debit cards
Wire transfers
Money orders or cashier’s checks
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders under PKR 100,000.
Note: For COD purchases where the bid price exceeds PKR 100,000, the buyer is required to pay a 50% advance fee at the time of confirmation. The remaining amount will be collected upon delivery.
Payments must be completed within 24 Hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to comply may result in:
Cancellation of the sale.
Forfeiture of deposits or COD advance fees.
Suspension of future bidding privileges.
Pick-Up Hours:
Items can be picked up:
Monday - Friday: 11:00 AM–5:00 PM
For other arrangements, an appointment must be scheduled.
In-person pickups should be completed within 48 hours of the auction's conclusion.
Shipping Information:
Ensure your shipping details are current when registering. Contact us to update your shipping information if needed.
Shipping and packing charges will be invoiced to the winning bidder.
All sales are final.
No refunds or returns will be permitted unless explicitly authorized by the Seller in writing.
Once the Auction will be closed the Auction Fee will be Refunded after 48 Hours.
Initial Resolution:
If a dispute arises, submit your complaint in writing to Wise Market at support@wisemarket.com.pk within 7 days of the transaction.
Arbitration:
If no resolution is achieved, disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistan’s Consumer Law. The arbitration decision will be final and enforceable. Arbitration costs will be shared equally unless otherwise determined.
Wise Market will not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or government restrictions.
